# Chair Massage Booking Policy & Client Agreement ## Chair Massage Booking Policy Thank you for choosing our chair massage services. Our goal is to provide a safe, relaxing, and professional experience. By scheduling and receiving a chair massage, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following policies. ### Nature of Chair Massage Chair massage is intended to promote relaxation, reduce muscle tension, and support general wellness. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Chair massage is not a substitute for medical care, chiropractic care, physical therapy, mental health treatment, or any other licensed healthcare service. Clients are encouraged to consult their physician or other qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns. ### Client Responsibility By receiving a chair massage, you acknowledge that: * You are voluntarily participating in this service. * You are responsible for informing the massage therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, surgeries, allergies, medications, pregnancy, implanted medical devices, or other health concerns that could affect your session. * You will immediately inform the therapist if you experience pain, numbness, dizziness, discomfort, or any unusual symptoms during the massage. * You understand that you may stop the session at any time for any reason. Failure to disclose relevant health information may increase the risk of injury and may limit the therapist's ability to provide a safe session. ### Assumption of Risk Although every reasonable effort is made to provide a safe and professional experience, massage therapy involves physical contact and manipulation of muscles and soft tissues, which carries inherent risks. By participating, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with receiving chair massage services, including but not limited to: * Temporary muscle soreness * Bruising * Fatigue * Dizziness or lightheadedness * Aggravation of a pre-existing condition * Allergic reactions to lotions or sanitizing products (if used) You accept full responsibility for your decision to receive chair massage services and acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk. ### Medical Emergencies If you are currently experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe swelling, unexplained numbness, fever, infectious illness, suspected blood clot, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or any other medical emergency
