Bring Your Questions. Honor Your Story. Explore a Renewed Relationship With Christ.

Maybe you were hurt by people who spoke in God’s name. Maybe you prayed through a painful season and couldn’t see Him working. Or perhaps you slowly drifted away—and now you’re wondering where to begin again.

Have you ever thought...

“Where were You when I needed You?”

“Why did the people who taught me about love make me feel so ashamed?”

“How do I trust again?”

“Can I come back after everything that has happened?”

You do not have to hide those questions here. You can acknowledge what hurt, examine what you were taught, and explore faith without pretending to feel certain.

Your story deserves to be heard before anyone tells you what your next step should be.

Judgment, exclusion, spiritual manipulation, and controlling teachings can leave you questioning both yourself and your relationship with God.

Coaching offers space to recognize harmful messages, explore their influence on your choices, and consider what respectful spiritual support looks like. You can explore Christ’s teachings while holding people and institutions accountable for their actions.

Finding Your Way

You prayed. You waited. You hoped something would change. When it didn’t, faith may have begun to feel distant—or impossible.

There is room to talk honestly about unanswered prayer, disappointment, and the expectations you carried. Together, we can explore what those experiences have meant to you without forcing an explanation for your suffering.

Perhaps beliefs you once accepted no longer make sense. You may be reconsidering teachings about God, obedience, identity, relationships, or your worth.

Through thoughtful study and conversation, explore Scripture in context, examine inherited beliefs, and give yourself time to consider what you understand and where questions remain.

You may feel unfamiliar with prayer, uncomfortable opening a Bible, or ashamed about the years you spent away.

Your first step can be small: an honest conversation, a short passage, a journal entry, or a prayer that begins with “I don’t know what to say.”

You can explore a renewed relationship with Christ without having your entire future figured out.

Your coaching begins with your story and what you want support with today. Together, we can:

  • Explore experiences and beliefs that shaped your relationship with faith.

  • Clarify your needs, values, and boundaries.

  • Reflect on biblical teachings and questions relevant to your current season.

  • Choose spiritual practices you feel ready to explore.

  • Identify practical steps toward the relationships and daily life you want to build.

  • Review what feels helpful and adjust as you grow.

Prayer, Scripture, and guided reflection are invitations we discuss together. You can ask questions, decline an exercise, or change the pace.

A PERSONAL NOTE FROM SARAI

I know what it is like to walk away when you cannot see God working in your life. My own relationship with faith has included distance, questions, and a return to Christ.

That experience shapes the compassion I bring to this work. I want to offer space for the conversations people sometimes feel they are not allowed to have—the disappointment, the confusion, and the desire to believe again.

Your journey will have its own shape. My role is to listen, encourage thoughtful reflection, and support the steps you choose to take.

01.

Do I need to be certain I want to return to Christianity?

No. This is a Christian-centered space, and you are welcome to explore that possibility while being honest about your uncertainty. Your choices will be respected.

02.

Will I be expected to return to church?

You will not be pressured to join a church or return to a community that harmed you. If finding a faith community becomes your goal, we can explore the boundaries and qualities that matter to you.

03.

Will I have to forgive or reconcile before I’m ready?

There is no required timeline. Forgiveness does not mean excusing harm, removing boundaries, or giving someone renewed access to your life. Reconciliation involves more than one person’s willingness.

04.

Can I participate if I’m already in therapy?

Yes. Coaching can complement therapy by focusing on present goals, spiritual exploration, and everyday choices. This service does not diagnose or treat religious trauma or other mental-health conditions; those needs belong with a licensed mental-health professional.
