For 18 years, I have had the privilege of running my own successful business. I loved what I built, but the journey was often lonely.
Entrepreneurship can look exciting from the outside, but behind the scenes, many business owners are carrying the pressure, making difficult decisions, solving problems, and working through uncertainty largely on their own.
When I moved to Houston, I discovered networking groups that offered something deeper than business-card exchanges and sales pitches. I found genuine friendships, meaningful connections, community support, and people who truly wanted to see one another succeed.
That experience changed my understanding of what professional networking could be—and I knew I wanted to recreate that dynamic here in the Pacific Northwest.
I founded Legacy House to build a community of ambitious entrepreneurs, professionals, and leaders who can lift one another up, celebrate each other’s success, and offer encouragement when someone feels stuck, overwhelmed, or burned out.
When like-minded people come together, obstacles become easier to navigate, challenges feel less isolating, and new opportunities begin to emerge.
The greatest part is that we will not simply be exchanging referrals. We will be supporting and recommending people we genuinely know, respect, and trust.
