Grow Your Vision
Step away from the demands of your day and into a space for sound, stillness, and spiritual reflection. These experiences offer an opportunity to slow down, notice what you are carrying, and make room for rest and connection with God.

You do not need meditation experience or a particular feeling to begin. Come as you are.
A SPACE TO SIMPLY BE
So much of life asks you to do more, hold more, and keep moving. Here, you are invited to pause.

Sound baths and guided reflection offer dedicated time to rest without needing to solve everything. You might use that time for prayer, quiet listening, or simply noticing the moment.

Spiritual restoration can look different from person to person. There is no required breakthrough, emotional response, or outcome.
FOUR WAYS TO MAKE SPACE

A sound bath is a listening experience in which instruments create layers of sound around you. You remain clothed and can sit or lie down comfortably as you listen.

Each event description will explain the instruments, format, and duration so you know what to expect.

Gentle prompts invite you to notice your surroundings, find a comfortable position, and let your attention settle. Keep your eyes open or closed, adjust your position, or simply listen.

There is no need to empty your mind or force yourself to relax.

Make room for an honest prayer, a question, or a moment of gratitude.
Experiences that include Christian prayer or Scripture will be clearly identified so you can choose what fits your needs.

You are welcome to participate quietly without sharing your beliefs or personal story.

After an experience, take a little time to notice what stood out. Optional journaling prompts can help you name a need, consider a question, or choose one manageable way to make space for rest in daily life.
You can also leave without needing to explain or interpret your experience.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each gathering may look a little different, but the basic rhythm is simple:

-
Arrive and get comfortable. Hear what the session will include and choose a position that works for you.
-
Settle into the experience. Listen to sound and any optional guidance.
-
Make room for reflection. Rest, pray, or quietly notice your experience.
-
Return at your own pace. Take time to sit up, write, or transition before leaving.

Check the individual event listing for what to bring, available seating, accessibility information, and whether prayer or Scripture is included.
YOUR COMFORT AND CHOICE MATTER
You can change positions, keep your eyes open, decline a prompt, or step outside whenever you need to. You will never be required to share personal experiences.

If sound intensity, seating, or another aspect of participation is a concern, reach out before booking so we can discuss the session setup.
These experiences offer space for rest and reflection. They are not medical or mental health treatment, and no specific healing outcome is promised.
