Cancellation Policy

Massage, craniosacral therapy, and somatic emotional release services are provided to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, pain relief, and overall well-being. By booking a session, you agree to the following policies. Scope of Services Services may include massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, and/or somatic emotional release techniques as appropriate. Sessions are body-led, trauma-informed, and client-centered. These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care and do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Clients are encouraged to continue care with licensed medical or mental health providers as needed. Payment Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking. Services are non-refundable once completed. Any discounts, packages, or memberships apply only when explicitly purchased and do not retroactively apply to single sessions. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. Health & Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant medical conditions, injuries, surgeries, medications, or mental health considerations prior to the session. Please notify us as soon as possible if you are feeling ill so we can reschedule appropriately. Sessions may be modified, postponed, or discontinued if treatment is no longer safe or appropriate. Session Expectations & Boundaries Sessions are conducted in a professional, respectful, and therapeutic manner. Clients may stop or adjust the session at any time by communicating their needs. Any inappropriate behavior or boundary violations will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may prohibit future services. Late Arrival Policy Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate scheduled appointments. Full session fees still apply for late arrivals. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if: Policies or boundaries are not respected Required health information is not disclosed The service is no longer clinically or ethically appropriate Agreement By booking a massage, craniosacral, or somatic emotional release session, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this policy.
