With additional time for assessment and treatment, this session allows for deeper corrective work, multi-area focus, and more comprehensive integration of therapeutic techniques. Medical massage may include myofascial release, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, corrective techniques, therapeutic stretching, and movement-based interventions as appropriate. The extended session length supports addressing underlying causes of pain rather than only symptom relief, making it ideal for clients with multiple areas of dysfunction or long-standing issues. This session is especially beneficial for those requiring focused, corrective care as part of an ongoing treatment plan or rehabilitation process. Cancellation Policy
Medical Massage Single Session Policy Medical massage sessions are outcome-focused, therapeutic services designed to support pain relief, injury recovery, and functional improvement. By booking a medical massage session, you agree to the following policies. Service Scope Medical massage is assessment-based and therapeutic, not relaxation massage. Sessions may include evaluation, corrective techniques, and focused treatment tailored to the client’s condition. Treatment approaches may change as the body responds to care. Payment Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking. Single medical massage sessions are non-refundable once completed. Missed appointments or late cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy below. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. Medical Disclosure & Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, injuries, surgeries, medications, or provider restrictions prior to treatment. Medical massage is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or physical therapy unless coordinated with a licensed healthcare provider. If a medical prescription or referral is required, it is the client’s responsibility to provide it prior to the session. Health & Safety Sessions may be postponed or modified if the client presents with illness, fever, or contagious conditions. Services may be discontinued if treatment becomes unsafe or clinically inappropriate. Professional Boundaries Medical massage is strictly professional and therapeutic. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may prohibit future bookings. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Care We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if: Care is no longer clinically appropriate Medical information is withheld Policies or boundaries are not respected Agreement By booking a medical massage session, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this policy.
