Cancellation Policy

In-Home Massage Policy In-home massage services are offered for clients seeking the convenience of receiving care in their own space. Due to the additional time, travel, and preparation involved, the following policies apply. Service Overview In-home massage includes travel time, setup, and breakdown. Pricing reflects convenience, extended time commitment, and professional preparation. In-home services are available by appointment only and subject to availability. Service Area & Travel In-home pricing applies within a designated service radius. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside the standard service area. Exact travel fees, if applicable, will be confirmed prior to booking. Payment Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking. In-home services are non-refundable once booked. Packages, memberships, and promotional pricing do not apply to in-home services unless explicitly stated. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an in-home appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in the full service fee being charged. Client Responsibilities To ensure a safe and effective session, clients agree to: Provide a clean, quiet, and safe space for the session Ensure pets are secured in another area during the appointment Provide adequate room for the massage table and therapist movement Inform the therapist of any stairs, access issues, or special instructions prior to arrival Sessions may be shortened or cancelled without refund if the environment is unsafe or unsuitable. Health & Safety Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions, injuries, or illnesses prior to the session. If you are feeling unwell, please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule. Services are not a substitute for medical or mental health care. Professional Boundaries In-home massage is strictly professional and therapeutic. Any inappropriate behavior or violation of boundaries will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may prohibit future services.
