Cancellation Policy
Hurt Wellness — Booking & Cancellation Policy Sarai Hurt, LMT — License MT146370 Booking Policy To reserve your appointment, all clients must book online or contact me directly. A valid credit card is required to hold your session. Payment will not be processed until after your service (unless booking a prepaid special or package). First-time clients must complete the online intake form prior to their appointment. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to ensure you receive your full session time. Cancellation Policy Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for my schedule and other clients, the following policies apply: ⏰ 24-Hour Notice Required Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged: 50% of the service fee for late cancellations 100% of the service fee for no-shows No-Show Policy A no-show is defined as: Not arriving for your appointment Arriving more than 15 minutes late without communication No-shows will be charged the full service amount and may be required to prepay future sessions. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time out of respect for the next client. Full payment is still required. If more than 15 minutes late, your session may need to be rescheduled and treated as a no-show. Sickness & Emergencies If you are experiencing: Fever Cold/flu symptoms Contagious illness Recent injury contraindicating massage Please reschedule. I offer one grace reschedule per year for true emergencies (your girl understands life happens). Refund Policy There are no refunds on services, packages, or prepaid specials. Packages may not be transferred unless approved by the therapist. Professional Boundaries Hurt Wellness maintains a strict professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session and full payment will be charged. Future services will be denied.
